Seasonal Work
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be age 16 or older with valid driver's license.
- $16-S18 per hour depending on experience.
- Beginning in June through August.
- Must have the ability to operate small equipment such as zero-turn
lawnmowers, garden tractors, utv’s, string trimmers, line painting machines, as
well as be able to perform physically demanding work in the summer season.
- Weekend shifts may be required.
TASKS:
- Grooming and preparing baseball diamonds for organized leagues.
Painting lines and mowing soccer fields.
- Cutting grass and string trimming.
Preparing and cleaning park shelters and pavilions before and after rentals.
Working during baseball tournaments.
Maintaining Town properties.
A possibility of working on roads with the Public Works Department.
